Appointment Policies

$50 DEPOSIT :Deposit is subtracted from your service . No refunds under no circumstances. You are allowed to reschedule one time if there is a 24 hour notice.

Cash or Zelle: Please pay remaining balance with cash or send payment through Zelle or Cash App  at your appointment.


Wig Policy:I Dont Install wigs that have been worn or used under no circumstances .

Quality Lace:I Highly recommend HD  or  Transparent laces ONLY!  Please make sure if you’re a lighter tone to refrain from using a medium brown Swiss lace!

All Lace: Must be bought in a day prior to appointment by 4pm for prep. This includes wigs, frontals, and closures.


Low hair line not accepted: If you have a low hair line a frontal or closure frontal method . WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU.


No USED frontal or Closure under no circumstances! No beauty supply bundles or Lace!!!!


EMERGENCY or same day appointment: If my schedule is booked and you need an urgent appointment ASAP. If confirmed ill  find a time to fill you in the day of Or the week of for $75...or if you need to color, bleach and customize lace day of ... or same day appointments $35 is added to service. 
 Deep Wave Bundles curled or straightening: If you have deep wave bundles and want to process it straight or curled there is an extra fee OF $75.
I don't go over other stylist work:Under no circumstances I do not style, take down , or offer maintenance for work I did not do.. no used frontals or closures !!!
No extra people..Clients Only! Due to limited space please come to appointment by yourself. you will have to cancel or reschedule if you do not follow the rules
I do not do rush jobs: if it’s your birthday, you have to be at work at a certain time , or any other big events please choose a reasonable time or book a day prior ... I take pride in my work please be considerate. please be patient I will contact you if I'm behind:)
Purchasing Our Hair: Our Extensions is pre order Only! 5-7 business days Please be mindful to order hair enough time for appointment.
Late FEE: After 15 min there will be a $25 fee added to Service . After 20 min appointment is canceled . Deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule.
Maintenance: I currently only offer maintenance on wigs only that I have installed. At the moment Sew-ins are not available for a maintenance.
Response time: Our business is growing daily & we want to make sure we answer every question you may have. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response time. We greatly appreciate your patience. We can be reach via email or our hairline # 773-681-2877.
Wash is included: A wash is included with every service we ask the you detangle hair before arriving to your appointment.
